If I could give it 0 stars I would just based off experience with my toes not being done properly. Kevin did my nails and he was phenomenal. Great conversations with doing my nails, just made me feel comfortable. The first person who started on my toes, I told him I wanted acrylic on all 10 toes, showed him a picture for inspo, the way he was laying the base down was just very sloppy so I asked him could I possible get someone else, his whole demeanor changed. Environment: Clean and organized. Staff: Pleasant. Nail Process: I had a pedicure. The massage was amazing, but the nail painting was terrible. I had to ask him to repaint 3 times. I complained about the nail polish quality (sticky/ old) when I saw the polish wall. However, the associate told me they had new ones in the back. Couldn’t have been factual based on my experience AND my toe polish started chipping the next day! Very disappointing. Price: $50
Such a beautiful salon as well as so clean ! This was my first time at T L Nails the staff is so friendly . A wonderful experience!! I’ll be back I’ve found my Salon .
I have gone here once before, and my second time I went was about 3 weeks ago. But I have a story to share: Whatever acrylic they used on me this last time, completely melted my nails off and broke them all in half leaving them bleeding. I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a while, so they were healthy. I just soaked off my nails (as I have done on my own many times) and whatever acrylic powder they used was burning as I was soaking it off, and broke all of my nails in half and they are all bleeding now. I came in today for a 3pm appointment but was about 10 mins late due to a GPS error, no worries since they let me sign in and got started on my pedicure! It was absolutely amazing, the kind woman doing it was super sweet and made sure the water was just right for me, and even showed me how to use the massage chair. Next I had a full set done for nails, and the girl doing them did perfectly! I asked for a coffin shape, black matte. With V French tips that were glossed.
