I have gone here once before, and my second time I went was about 3 weeks ago. But I have a story to share: Whatever acrylic they used on me this last time, completely melted my nails off and broke them all in half leaving them bleeding. I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a while, so they were healthy. I just soaked off my nails (as I have done on my own many times) and whatever acrylic powder they used was burning as I was soaking it off, and broke all of my nails in half and they are all bleeding now. Classy salon & a great atmosphere! Andrew the owner, is awesome and does a great job at running his salon! Tuyen does my pedicures & she is also great! Both are very thorough with incredible work ethic! I have maintained a relationship with both for years! Highly recommend!
Environment: Clean and organized. Staff: Pleasant. Nail Process: I had a pedicure. The massage was amazing, but the nail painting was terrible. I had to ask him to repaint 3 times. I complained about the nail polish quality (sticky/ old) when I saw the polish wall. However, the associate told me they had new ones in the back. Couldn’t have been factual based on my experience AND my toe polish started chipping the next day! Very disappointing. Price: $50
TL is the best! I’ve been going here for a few years and I’ve been happy with every single nail tech! I love that they take appointments, are efficient and just do a really great job! Everyone is super friendly and I love the front desk, girl, Taylor! She is precious!
I came in today for a 3pm appointment but was about 10 mins late due to a GPS error, no worries since they let me sign in and got started on my pedicure! It was absolutely amazing, the kind woman doing it was super sweet and made sure the water was just right for me, and even showed me how to use the massage chair. Next I had a full set done for nails, and the girl doing them did perfectly! I asked for a coffin shape, black matte. With V French tips that were glossed.
