I have had the WORST experiences at this nail salon for years, but thought it would be better since some time has passed. Nope. The rudest staff, the tools are definitely not cleaned, and just overall the worst place to go. My nail tech kept getting on her phone every 5 minutes and typing for a while, critiqued my nail beds THEN used tweezers to rip off my builder gel and took a layer of my nail off. Environment: Clean and organized. Staff: Pleasant. Nail Process: I had a pedicure. The massage was amazing, but the nail painting was terrible. I had to ask him to repaint 3 times. I complained about the nail polish quality (sticky/ old) when I saw the polish wall. However, the associate told me they had new ones in the back. Couldn’t have been factual based on my experience AND my toe polish started chipping the next day! Very disappointing. Price: $50

Got some acrylic nails done on June 19th and for the past week in a half they have been coming off and cracking I wore nails before and never had this problem and it’s upset because it’s only been a week in a half since I’ve gotten them done and they was trying to charge me 15 extra for one design on one nail I declined this was my first time going to this place and it was very upsetting .

I came in today for a 3pm appointment but was about 10 mins late due to a GPS error, no worries since they let me sign in and got started on my pedicure! It was absolutely amazing, the kind woman doing it was super sweet and made sure the water was just right for me, and even showed me how to use the massage chair. If I could give it 0 stars I would just based off experience with my toes not being done properly. Kevin did my nails and he was phenomenal. Great conversations with doing my nails, just made me feel comfortable. The first person who started on my toes, I told him I wanted acrylic on all 10 toes, showed him a picture for inspo, the way he was laying the base down was just very sloppy so I asked him could I possible get someone else, his whole demeanor changed.
