I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. The people were very nice, and I honestly feel bad leaving a negative review, but I have to be truthful about the service I received. My nails were left very lumpy and uneven, and my toenails were cut way too short and crooked. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was so poor that I feel like I could have done a better job myself at home. What made the experience even worse was the cleanliness of the salon. Horrible experience I went there to ask for my 14 year old nails I showed them what we waned and see if they can do it the guy told me yes! After he was doing the shape he pushed her to another worker and she waned to finish ger nails and she could not do the inspo pic. really disappointed with my experience here. I showed a clear reference photo of the nail design I wanted, but the final result was uneven and not well executed. The shape and lines were not clean, and it didn’t match what was requested. I went back multiple times to have it fixed and was given different times to return. I’m from out of town, so this was very inconvenient. When I called for clarification, my call was disconnected. I have been going to Joy for years for my pedicures. She’s very sweet and doesn’t great job. The other staff there are also very nice. It’s not the newest place in town, but I have never seen any roaches. I see people saying u get what u pay for, well I definitely get a great pedi and tip well. Other places in town are outrageous and charge extra for every little thing, like trimming them shorter, or filing callouses, sand scrub, the hot towel. It’s all included with Joy.
