The lady waxed my eyebrows and messed them completely up. Did not do what I asked.I patiently and politely asked for manager even though my eyebrows were jacked up n I wanted to cry. They lady walked off talking in her lanuage and it didnt seem as if she was saying anything nice. After finally not being ignored the manager approached me and was sypathetic after talking for quite awhile. Paid $45 for acrylic nails and they look bulky, uneven, and badly shaped. An old man did my nails and his hands were very shaky, which clearly affected the quality. The work looks sloppy and unprofessional. I asked for a simple heart with a letter, and they said they don’t know how to do it. I spoke up, nothing was fixed, and I was still charged full price. Now I have to pay again to get this redone. Avoid this place if you care about quality.
Best pedicure I’ve ever had! Included a hot stone massage and removed calluses! Helen was amazing!
Just left here about 5 minutes ago .. I usually pay $40 for a full set. They charged me $40 for a fill . I had a full set on already they didn't have to do much. I don't usually write reviews but that's ridiculous.
