Look... I understand they're trying to do their jobs, but calling unsolicited in this day and age is just not on. They don't even leave a message when you send them to voice mail explaining who they are which comes across as insanely suspicious. Two stars because customer service does not exist from this company. ---------------------------------------- EDIT: Really, a copy/paste response that doesn't address the poor customer service and lack of a leaving a voice mail? Do better. Lowered the review stars because of that.
Got a call stating they were doing a survey for Melbourne City Council. They would not provide any way of proving legitimacy. The person was very pushy for me to complete the survey and it came across as a scam. I declined twice and the caller kept pushing. I ended up hanging up. I'm not even in the Melbourne city council region. Edit-- received a second call tonight. I have requested my number be removed twice. D
Being continually harassed by TKW. Have asked them politely not to call, even hung up and the next day they go again. Hide behind the 'accredited' line. Accreditation should be revoked and should not be legal to hassle people like this.
Got a call, politely declined in being interested and then got hung upon. Had the energy to even pick up your unknown number, should have enough respect to end a call appropriately.
