From the time we contacted Tim about an estimate/appt, he was professional, courteous, and prompt. He did what he said he was going to do and completed the job timely. He was friendly at the appt and made sure to check in with us before packing up to leave the appt. We will use Tim again and highly recommend his work!

TKS did a wonderful job cleaning the north side of our house and garage, the front porch, sidewalk, other cement areas, and gutters. The price was very reasonable. Tim even cleaned the outside of a half circle window That I was never able to clean very well. He did not charge me for that window. I would highly recommend TKS (Tim) for any Powerwashing and window cleaning services!!
