Everyone is complaining here They should be calling the city of Oshawa for help! They will send bilaw officers there and straighten things out.
I really wish I could leave them no stars. It’s been absolutely horrible dealing with them Their place is full of bugs, mold, and mildew The washing machines don’t work nor do the dryers and the hallways are completely disgusting Not to mention raising the rent. Like honestly Worst experience in any place that has ever been rented
Worst company ever. My bathroom has taken 3 years to fix and it still is not completed. One of the tenants complained about the washing machine not working so he took away everyone’s laundry privileges. He represents himself as Rodger but his real name is Kablin very disrespectful person. I highly recommend not dealing with them. I posted pics of the bathroom and the first pic is the ant problem we have as well.
I really wished I looked at the reviews before renting with them. This has been the worst experience of my life . Not even a month living in one of there property’s and I’m dealing with bugs , a moldy fridge and they don’t care to act on it . Both Roger and Susie just like to talk over people and hang up in their ear. Ignore messages . Avoid them at all cost. I’ve been crying almost every day. I think everybody already read about them. But I wanna add something, they are frauders. Firstly thems real names are Kalilan Kanthiah, and Susi Masillamany. Almost 3 years of bad experience in worst service in the world finished. When I said to them that I wanna move out, they offered use deposit instead last month payment, but when I moved out they complained to LTB.
