Reoccurring mold from water leaking in ceiling ( kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and second bedroom and closets), walkways not properly cleared in winter, rotting wood in deck foot went threw it . Will not give rent receipts. Landlord just says you unhappy you move or I evict you !
This company with no address or office, employing only 2 people Susi and Rodger (not sure if that's his real name as he has a strong Indian accent), has somehow taken over management of many buildings in Oshawa and is simply letting these properties fall into ruin. They are very rude in conversation, if you ever get a chance to talk to them, as they never answer calls or emails. Do not rent from Roger. He'll talk over you and not give you the time of day. Disgusting, arrogant individual who doesn't care about his employees, renters or anyone who brings up concerns about his buildings. He'll deny being the owner of his buildings also. Very demanding and completely uncaring person. DON'T RENT FROM HIM.
The world's worst company, they owe me over 2 thousand dollars. Will not return my calls or messages. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE
Awful customer service, not personable at all! If you ask for an issue to be fixed he threatens to kick you out of your unit ! Mold growing in tenants bedroom and he refuses to take care of it! Tenant can't even sleep in bedroom !!
