I’ve been coming to TK Orthodontics for my Invisalign treatment since earlier this year, and it’s been a great experience. UPDATE: Dr. Kwon contacted me directly. He apologized and issued a full refund without asking me to change or remove anything. He also arranged for the retainer to be shipped—which the front desk had told me was not possible—and said he had expedited the order.
