I would HIGHLY recommend TK! Jeff and Terry came out this morning to inspect the house I am purchasing. This is my fiance and I's first home we are purchasing. They are very knowledgeable, thorough and insightful! They sat down with you at the end and broke down every part of the inspection and went over it with us and made it very easy for us to understand. Terry and Jeff came out yesterday and inspected the house I am purchasing. They were great! This is my first house, and they made the process quick, thorough, and painless. They are great at what they do and are extremely professional. They broke down every bit of the inspection and went over it verbally with me before they left. I even had the report sent to my email before the end of the night. If you are looking for a great company that can do it all, TK Home Inspection is the company to call.

Professional and friendly you can tell they enjoy what they do. Went over the whole house showed us things that need addressed things we did not see and took picture's. We wouldn't of known to fix alot of the things they pointed until it was a bigger problem down the road.
