Have have an elevator down now for over a week. They locked off the power so a hired electrician could not repair and when trying to reach out and get a meeting of the minds between the two vendors, after a few calls 2 business days ago, I still have not heard back from anyone. Now I am on hold & been transferred a few times. Very Frustrating
Worst customer service ever. This company is a joke. Never returning phone calls, never showing up to fix the elevator and unfortunately stuck in a contract with no way out. This company takes advantage of it's customer with high quarterly billing and no service.
Watch out for auto-renewing contract and take your time shopping around. Service people are nice, but very expensive.
