All of the braiders are amazing! Maddy does mines, she doesn't braid as tight.
I've been at least 3 times and every single time without fail, they messed up my hair when given clear instructions on what I wanted. The last straw is when I specifically asked for loose braids for my sensitive head and ened up crying tears of pain by the end of the appointment from how tight the braids were. Not only that, but the immense pain was paired with how carelessly they yanked on it when detangling the braids at the end as if I hadn't voiced that they were VERY tight and hurting my head already.
