Furnace went out in the dead of winter. Negative temps. Tom (owner) came out on a Sunday afternoon to fix. Communicated well, showed up on time, did troubleshooting and was able to resolve the issue with a new part rather than pushing a whole new system. He has earned a lifetime customer, thats for sure. Thanks again Tom! Will be calling you moving forward!
Just want to say TJ did great job! He helped out same the day called him, he advised me and gave options. He went beyond what we had discussed, fixed a leak at not charge. I'll keep using him and I will recommend him to my friends. God bless TJ.
