Love, yes love this place. Service has always been great, and I have never had anything that wasn't fantastic from the kitchen. Fun by car but much better by boat.
The food is always amazing and I love the atmosphere! I never leave this place disappointed!
I went to TJs to catch up with family. Not only was our waitress rude but were asked to MOVE from our table after eating to make room for others waiting. We were paying customers, we should be able to sit as long as we want. And get this... We were going to order another drink. I've worked at restaurants and in customer service all my life... you should NEVER EVER ask people to move, no matter how long they are sitting.
Up for EAA. Made our yearly trip. Waited over an hour for our food. My burger was over cooked fries were cold. My family and coworker ordered the fish. Fish was kind of warm, but the rice was cold. Coworker got food poisoning. Management did not do anything to make our night pleasant. Extremely rude and turned it around on me. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. NEVER AGAIN!
Totally changed our EAA AirVenture experience!!! Exceptional food, priced right!!! A real chef creating fresh food, a beautiful view and just the right amount of service!!!
Facility was nice, view was great. Flavor was good, but service stunk. We brought our baby - no changing table in the men's room. The bottom bun of my burger was soggy and the meat was overdone (no hint of pink and I asked for medium). We had to wait 15 minutes for a drink. We waited another hour to order food. Many people were served before us that came in after us.
