We pride ourselves on being a rotisserie-inspired menu. All of the meat for our sandwiches, salads and pastas are slow roasted in our rotisserie oven to provide a healthy dining alternative in the Fox Valley. Our location boasts fantastic views of Lake Winnebago from our outdoor patio and viewing deck. We have two full service bars and a newly renovated harbor to give boaters one of the best docking accommodations on the lake. Was a nice day yo sit have a few drinks and eat by the water.
Overall a great experience. The patio and balcony offer great views of the lake. Food was good for the most part. One huge complaint......the children's grilled cheese sandwich was the absolute worst I have ever tasted. No wonder my 10-year old granddaughter refused it. TJ, get real man. A kid's menu grilled cheese is two slices of cheap white bread with American cheese which actually melts! Quit trying to be some upscale, Food Channel chef with the frighin' kid's menu.
Great food and drinks, did not have any bad meals for our party it was wonderful.
My wife and I went to TJs last Friday night with another couple. I asked about the fish fry. The waitress said it was beer battered....which is how I prefer it. It came out with a light breading. She was pretty young and seemed new to the job. The rest of the food was very good. The atmosphere of the back patio is probably the best around. The female bartender we had later was great! The food and drinks were outstanding, the service was slow but friendly. I got the impression that some of the staff was newer and we also went during a busy dinner hour so I understand how that can go. Will absolutely be back again.
The place was packed but our tarbender Steve was on top of his game! I had the salmon and Dale had the "It's Friday in WI" meal and we were both very happy! The view was awesome, too!
