I've had these guys out twice now. This time i had Rob and Clint. Very polite. Helped me understand what was going on. Answered all my questions. Really was trying to help ever step. Great job gentlemen, thank you so much.
Austin was great! Prompt, quick, and honest
We had had a sudden problem with smoke backdraft in our fireplace insert. I called TJ's Chimney Service on Monday morning and they said that someone would come out the very next morning. Two gentlemen arrived, Jason and Derrick, and they worked for more than two hours not only determining the causes of that problem and fixing it but also adjusting the latch on our insert's door so that it sealed correctly. They also cleaned the chimney while here. Absolutely would recommend these two guys and would use again.
We had a chimney fire. T.js was out the next to check it out to see what damage was done. Very quick and efficient
