Rip off and rude. The sales department tried to convince me that salvage title has no effect on value and that other vehicles of the same make model and year for sale in the area are "not an accurate representation of the market, nor are price books such as Kelley blue book". When I did not buy into that logic the sales person called me nonsense and became rude to the point that I had to block their number.
RecommendedI drove 2.5 hours to get a part from TJ's. I had no prior appointment and hadn't yet talked to anyone, so I was taking a bit of a risk. I arrived to find a nice facility and located the parts building. I was joyfully greeted by 2 or 3 people within the first 3 minutes I was there. It was a Monday morning, and surprisingly everyone was in great spirits. They had my part (car door) and it was as described.
