My dad's experience with this doctor was uniformly bad. From his filthy office, the receptionists that were not helpful at all and would not have the doctor return my calls and lack of instruction that my dad's cathater needed to be flushed regularly led to my father to be hospitalized several times filling up with fluid which lead to him passing away in my opinion prematurely.

I went to this office in November, my daughter did her sleep study January 13, I keep calling for result n no one is of any good. The staff can’t even get me to a patient portal, they keep saying they got a piece of the result from the sleep center, I called the sleep center n they told me the results was sent to the doctor. So basically my child could die in her sleep for all they care. They bill your insurance like they did something. I absolutely would not recommend. Also the office is dirty and outdated

The staff at TJH Surgical Suite are the worst I had to constantly call to get a date for my procedure. Faxed my paperwork 3 different times because they claimed they couldn't find it. They don't return your calls when you leave a messages and they don't follow through. Dr. Ricciardi on the other hand is wonderful he was professional, calm and compassionate.
