I came in asking for layers in the front and to even out my hair from the back. Instead of wetting my hair and cutting it with scissors like another lady there had done before, she took a shortcut and used clippers. I have very thin straight hair. All that did was made my ends puff up. She left my hair choppy and uneven. Im very disappointed and angry because ive never had my hair this messed up.
