T&J is top notch. Friendly trainers and staff who know you by name, encourage and cheer you on, while also challenging you. I love the variety of classes. I always leave feeling happy I went!

T&J is more than a gym, it’s a community! The owners and all the trainers are phenomenal. The staff really care about everyone and make sure that we know proper form. The classes are varied, convenient and fun! I look forward to each class. I never used to look forward to working out before I came to T&J. They also have different programs they offer throughout the year to challenge yourself with fitness and nutrition. I can’t say enough wonderful things about T&J. It’s my happy place.
