I used this company years ago with no issues, I decided to give them a call for another shipment, but this time the response i got from whoever answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. I simply asked how long it would take to ship few items to Nigeria, the person on the other end aggressively responded "flight or sea" I didn't understand the response then I repeated my question then he yelled "are you shipping by air or sea"? and I responded can you tell me the delivery time for both air and sea?
