My AC needed to be charged. Tommy not only responded to me quickly, but showed within the hour! He was very knowledgeable, professional and understanding. He explained everything he was doing and had the system working properly within a half hour. This was a great experience! Thanks Tommy!
Tommy provided AC yearly maintenance for our home. He was superb. He cleaned out our AC unit, ran tests, checked the condensation pump, washed the unit, and performed several other tasks during the hour he was there. He even spent time after the project explaining to me what he did, sharing the photos with me, and clarifying the readings so I could better understand everything. Tommy and his son came out and saw me for an emergency service call due to my Central air not working. They came out at 10:30pm on a Saturday night.
