Some employees are nice, some make you want to go home and just hide under the covers!!!! Have a appt. At 8:30. Finally see the Dr. Around 9:15!!!
Sadly due to the rude and disrespect from medical staff, mainly Doctor and Nurse, my family will seek our medical needs whether emergency, test or lab, at a medical facility in another county. Citizens of our county deserve better.
I like the pavilion, but the urgent clinic I do not like very much. Only because when I've had to take my kids, because their doctor office was closed, they just guess what was wrong with them. There was never any swabs or tests run to make sure. My baby girl had RSV and they had sent me home saying it was pink eye and a upper respiratory.
