Poor customer service! I had a question about the product that I bought for 4 and I wanted to buy the same product again. I did not have a sales slip from the first time so I did not know what the product name was. I asked if they could look it up when I wanted to reorder and they said we don't have a way of doing that. I told him what I wanted and he told me it was a different product than what I thought it was. that's the product they delivered.. I feel the need to take a moment and share my experience with TJ Bark Mulch today. I am not sure if this normal or not but I called at 8 am this morning to order 4 yards of mulch. By 9:53 it was in my driveway. I figured maybe by this afternoon or within a couple days but to be able to order, receive, and finish my garden beds in one day was pretty amazing. Everyone from owner to sales rep to delivery driver was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend 👍🏼
