This apartment is under new management and this person is the worst.Never missed a payment and they tried to charge a fee because the lease was signed late due to manager did not contact for lease signing. Been here sense the early 80. Can not get them to retailed kitchen and bathroom. Was paying 300 month now 950 with no improvements.the stove and fridge is about to stop working had multiply flood from bath room ceiling and living room. dish washer does not work bendth kitchen count tops and all we get are excuses. was told... read more
I give one star because it is a decent area, I never had ay issues with my neighbors or the neighborhood itself, they keep up the cleanliness. Now far as my apartment no Stars, these apartments need to be remodeled. charged for things that was out of my control. As long as I stayed there you would think they would be helpful. My ceiling was cracking and paint was already coming off the walls. It's not a forever place but it's something decent to get you on your feet.
