Lived here for two years and absolutely loved it! The location is super convenient, with Ralphs just across the street and Target and Trader Joe's also very close by. The building is quiet and clean, and there's free designated parking available. If you're a South Campus student, it's also a very short walk to class. Edmund is an amazing property manager and responds very quickly to any maintenance issues you might have. Overall, this is an amazing place to live and I would highly recommend it!

Building manager (Edmund) and maintenance (Raul) were prompt whenever we had any issues! It’s kind of an old building but we didn’t have any issues. We got a lot of our deposit back too, they were very fair with the charges.
Most enjoyable and convenient place to live as a south-campus UCLA student. It has the shortest walk to Court of Sciences, and it's right across the street from Ralph's. Most importantly, the management is a pleasure to deal with, and you don't have to worry about unfair treatment as a student, like many of the apartments on the west side of campus. Definitely worth the slightly higher price over other alternatives.
