The carpets in our rental property were restored to such an immaculate condition that we were able to increase the rental listing price for the incoming tenants. Truly valuable service.
The company's transparent communication, skilled technicians, and exceptional attention to detail make them our absolute first choice for carpet maintenance.
The technician gave us helpful tips on maintaining high-traffic areas and recommended the ideal vacuum height setting for our carpet type. Very professional advice.
No surprise fees on the final receipt. Other companies quoted low prices and added fees upon arrival, but this team stuck directly to their upfront estimate.
The company offered an upfront flat rate per room with no hidden stairs or hallway charges. The transparency in billing was a breath of fresh air.
