My first carpet cleaning experience and was very impressed.. Cost less than I expected and they showed up on time, very courteous and professional.. I would certainly recommend it as a company that delivers what it promises!! !!
I was always annoyed by how the spots reappeared after a day. But now that I'm using Tiu Carpet Cleaning, I don't have to worry about the stains. They clean like no one else.
I was thoroughly impressed and pleased that they promptly followed-up with some additional info they said they would get for us.. All around great job.. We'll use them again and will definitely pass their company name along to others..
Although I gave fewer stars in my second review (this is my third), I was too quick to do so. Yes, the price I paid twice before for cleaning the couch was significantly different the third time, but they are still very customer-focused and strive to provide the best service possible.
