I had a great experience from leaving the vehicle to picking it up. The service department was very helpful. Walter B.
Slow staff. Very rude. It took 15 min to take my truck back and the bays were empty with service techs waiting. I Walked by and heard them talking about the guys behind the counter and having to always wait on them. Again on the exit I had to wait 15 min for the paperwork to get in order for a simple oil change. I have been coming here for years and miss the female reps that used to be there and will be looking at other locations in the future.
