Love Titus Will! We have purchased two vehicles here and have had nothing but excellent service and will continue to refer people to this dealership.
Titas Will might as well be the only place to shop for a new car. It was a relatively great experience I had when I went there. Best part is I got a free mug.
My wife and I went in to trade in our crappy mini van for something a little cooler. Our salesman listened to our wants and needs and knew within seconds the perfect vehicle for us. Instead of pushing it on us, he said he has the perfect SUV in mind but wanted us to go check out all the vehicles that we were interested in first. After driving several SUVs, he finally showed us the Ford Explorer. He was spot on. We loved it. A two hour oil change?? Even WITH an appointment ??? Not to mention due to the construction the parking lot it a hot mess. Seems like since the last time I was there there has been no effort to make it easy on the customers to get in and out. There's little to no greeting when you walk in the service shack. I was in last Saturday and received amazing service like always. I drive all the way from Lynnwood just to get an oil change because everyone here is so friendly! I'll be back in 4,000 miles GO HAWKS!!!
Titus Will has the WORST customer service! My husband and I purchased a brand new F150 from Titus Will about a year ago. Since then we've had multiple issues with it. Every time we contact them we get treated poorly. They are rude and do not communicate well. I will never recommend anyone I know to them. (Facebook is making me give them a star to post this, otherwise I wouldn't even rate them one)
This dealership, is the most generous business I know, they provided my family with tires that were far more expensive than any my family could afford. They also provided my family with an amazing Christmas! This is a business that gives back to their community! ! A huge thank you from the blackard family!
I will never do business with Titus Will Ford again I have purchased 3 vehicles from them. Every time I need service from the service department on my vehicle I get the run around. Example: 11/17/14 I had a appointment to have my oil changed at 2pm I arrived at 1:55pm checked my vehicle in and was told by the service advisor that it would take 1hr 15min to 1hr 30mins before my vehicle would be done this is one of many examples I can give that this dealership has failed in customer service.
