We drove to this dealership (about 75 miles from home) because they had the exact car that I was looking to purchase. Frankly, I would prefer dealing with a female but on that day, there didn’t appear to be any on the showroom floor. I was assigned a salesperson after making an online inquiry. Purchased a 2016 Colorado with $3,000 extended warranty and was having a slight lag shifting in transmission one month later. Asked for a fluid flush and was told it was not covered and they could do a diagnostic in 45+ days due to transmission tech being backed up. Went to Tacoma location and got in in a week and ran diagnostic and flushed the trans for free.
