We purchased a lazy Susan and a bin from Titus Tekform showroom in Bayswater. When we bought them, we asked if they would refund or exchange them in case of any sizing discrepancies, and they confirmed that it was possible. However, upon arrival, we realized that the lazy Susan and the bin were too big for the cupboard. I bought Titus hinges from Adelaide show room, which is very nice product. Staff are very friendly. Always helpful and very nice dealing. My cabinet hinges broke, they replace me free of cost, even hinges broken by our mistake but still replaced. So very very thanks of Titus tekform Adelaide.

The service received from Damain at the Bayswater office has been nothing short of exceptional. He’s gone over and above to provide service which i didn't know still existed and represent - Titus Tekform’s brand faultlessly. So good to deal with great people.

Bin draw lasted 2 months and started coming loose and out of alignment.It’s been adjusted twice, we were told it would be replaced but never happened! I’ve heard the bins normally go first due to high use, but expected more than 2 months from a $350 bin.As the cabinet maker takes no responsibility I’m expecting to have to replace all the drawers as none of them feel like a quality product with another drawer having enough flex to clip the oven and damaging the drawer front edge.
