I highly recommend Dean from Titus Inspections. I hired him for a home inspection and he was always very quick to respond, before and after the inspection. I event so far as to question the thoroughness of his inspection based on findings from previous inspections, yet Dean was courteous and took the time to review and explain all the discrepancies, with sound explanations and justifications.
