My Hardie siding was cracking in 1 area and I contacted Hardie and set up an inspection. They said it was caused by faulty installation. Tittle was the installer and set up an inspection with them. Their inspector said they would stand behind their work but never came out to repair and ignored by calls.

On 7-23-19 I called to ask for an estimate instead I got the secretary wanting to know how old was my home? Wher did I work where did my husband work what was my Income ect. I was never given a chance to state what (I wanted or needed my many attempts to speak over her rudeness was im retired, wanted a garage not my hse in fact i was so frustrated I told her forget it i dont even want to do business with yous my husband was dead

A roof is a terrifying and expensive outlay of money that most of us try to avoid until it is absolutely unavoidable. I am pleased with the new roof and gutter job Tittle Brothers did on my home. Pete T, Sales Mang., followed the project from start to finish and kept me informed. I had a new roof and gutters within a week of my initial call.

Its very sad as a senior citizen that I NEED to write this review. I NEVER write reviews UNLESS it is over the top EXCEPTIONAL service OR HORRIBLY BAD. Unfortunately I do not have a good review with these folks, I had both entrance and storm doors replaced in june of this year (2018) they were fine until cold weather came and front door was not sealed well enough (i think) like the back door to keep condensation from forming; (there is no condensation between the doors in the back and door closes tighter). I recently went through the argeous process of getting bids for an egress window for my home on the island. I can say that your agent Todd was able to walk me through the installation process step by step, and made the consultation enjoyable. The quote I received was a little bit higher than the other 6, but Todd's knowledge and enthusiasm made him stand out from the rest. My mother in law can't wait to see how her new room is going to look.
