Update 8/19/26: I have been coming here since pre-pandemic, I have literally eaten hundreds of their burritos. Not once have I had a bad experience, in fact I still sometimes wanna cry tears of joy when I’m tearing into a lengua burrito with chipotle salsa. Even after moving out of Portland, I still stop by Tito’s on Powell whenever I’m in the area. These folks have it dialed in, and I am so, so, so grateful for the delicious food and friendly people!
