Dr. Titone is a great doctor and his team is top notch. He explained the process and made me feel comfortable. The wait time was long but worth it.

I respect the concerns of the patients as it relates to waiting time, but don’t let that overshadow the fact, that Dr. Titone is a ripened professional, with many years of experience, continuing to serve the community. Consider that as a Dr. with an unique and outstanding skill, he is jumping from hospital to hospital, clinic to clinic, and yet trying to keep up with his private clinic. First visit 2+ hours....almost 3 hour wait. Second visit I’m here waiting and into my second hour. There will not be a third visit.

I have seen Dr. Titone several times and always have to wait way past my scheduled appointment time. I had a 8:00 AM appointment, was seen by the technician and was ready for the doctor about 10 minutes after 8:00 AM. I was the first patience scheduled to be seen that day and after waiting until 9:00 AM the doctor still had not shown up. This is not the first time this has happened and it was the norm to always have to wait.

Dr. Titone seems very competent at his profession, but in order to see him, you have to be willing to wait several hours past your appointment time. It took over 2 hours for me to be seen after arrival and caused me to miss another appointment. When I expressed my concern to him, he said I shouldn't have scheduled two doctor appointments on the same day! Other patients in his waiting room were also way past their appointment times and quite frustrated.

I hate having to wait for several hours in the waiting room after our scheduled appointment time before being seen.

Excellent care by one of the best ophthalmologists in North Carolina. Very caring staff. The waiting room might be full, but everyone is treated as if they are the only patient they have the day you are there. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
