The gains I see on the outside are only a sliver of what makes me return every time. The people and coaches become like family.
So excited to stop saying I can't and start doing :) great trainers and awesome people to get fit with . There is zero judgment and an infectious atmosphere to push yourself to do your best ! Think you can't do Cross fit I dare you to try I guarantee you'll surprise yourself �

A big thank you to Titletown Crossfit for offering a free week. I have to say that once you've really tried Crossfit you'll understand the benefits of mixing up your workout to get your body where you want it. Even though I can't yawn or sneeze without huge discomfort in my abs I loved every workout this week.
