Absolutely Incompetent! Go somewhere else!
Very incompetent. Did not keep thier word. Took 4 months. Did not have our funds at closing. Never notified us that the funds would not be there. Very unhappy and I do not recommend this company. Please do a lot of research when picking a Title company.
I have dealt with Title One several times and this is the only title and closing company I ever want to work with! They are quick to respond and easy to work with. All their employees are extremely professional and were able to answer all my questions. Great Title company!
