Wouldn’t send a $1 deal. Processors are rude. We had to do a split settlement because Title Max would not accommodate my seller. My husband and I are both in real estate and will always do a split settlement if ever presented with this egregious company. Never again!!!!!

Jeff Burgess is amazing he went out of his way to meet with a buyer at 5 am yes am. Then meet with my seller at 7:30 am with Dunkin Donuts to get our deal closed. Extremely professional and responsive. Looking forward to more deals together.
