I’m writing this review as a real estate agent, specifically to caution other agents and sellers. This transaction was deeply disappointing and should have never happened the way it did. I was double charged for notary fees and double charged for title search fees, which is unacceptable. Those are not optional or duplicate services, and there is no justification for being charged twice.
