This was a terrible experience. A very troubling closing took place today. It is important to understand that the paperwork had been ready for several days. After both I and my agent asked to have the closing multiple days before today, the attorneys and title company decided to wait and held the closing at 2 PM before a bank holiday, right before a three day weekend.
