I have used Title Specialist many times. They have always been quick, informative, and very professional. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a title company.
Terrible customer service dealing from the administrative side. Called and spoke with someone twice and emailed for a settlement statement so we can close out commission for our agent and nothing. The girl on the phone lied to me TWICE saying she would email it over. Still nothing. The most unprofessional title company I have ever dealt with in my time as a closing coordinator. Thank God this is the first time our firm has dealt with them and hopefully the last.
