We closed on our house with Jenny Windler. Her email communications were extremely rude and confusing. In person, closing was worse, she was abrupt and rude, and did not seem to care one bit about any questions or concerns I had during the process. She seemed pissed off the whole time and didn’t want to be there. Really bad vibes. Hopefully we’ll never have to do use this title service again. Great customer service and quick
Cay made my client's closing yesterday so wonderful. She provided such a great experience- we were all having fun and actually laughing (I don't ever think I can say that about any other closings!!) I also really appreciate that she went through the final statement line by line. Never once have I been to a closing where they have done that! Excellent job, she really made everyone's day!
It was a lovely closing all around. You guys are the best!
The overall transaction experience was very good. I am not aware of any hiccups that took place, communication was very good, closing was seamless and the staff I spoke with throughout the transaction were pleasant and knowledgeable.
