I have been doing real estate investing for some time, I have one experience with Title Inc where I closed on a house and purchased title insurance with them and expected a clear title just to realize several months later that not only the deed delivered to me by Title inc is not clean (has 3 blight tickets before we owned it), that Title Inc had me sign on a document that says I hold them not liable for any blight tickets, etc. Maybe I should have been more careful with the documents ai sign from the title company but the R... read more

If I could give Title Inc. more than 5 stars I would. It is so obvious that they are experts and that they care about their clients. I'm a loan officer so I work with a lot of title companies and they really blew me away with their speed and the level of service on our loan together. This may have been my first time working with Title Inc. but I know it won't be the last! If you are looking for an amazing title company that will take great care of you, stop looking, you've found them!

Was not a good experience. They didn't have the out of town seller sign the QCD and probably wouldn't have unless I asked. The purchase agreement was violated due to this. Other stuff I don't need to call out in a review. Lots of unnecessary stress through the whole process.
