I have been using Title Guaranty And Trust for almost 18 years. I use them almost exclusively whenever I can! Their high quality of work and attention to detail, relationships and customer service are absolutely phenomenal! I believe in honest reviews. I did not pick this title company the buyers realtor did. When we did the signing of the contract it was off $25,000 from what we had originally signed just days before. A lady named Lisa and Nicole stated it was the brokers fault. They were so unprofessional and aggressive when I asked to call my broker and told me I was keeping them over and that they closed at 5pm.
