Great company and would use in future real estate purchases
As an experienced investor and seller in Knoxville- this is the worst title experience I have ever had with selling a home. After Multiple calls and emails to my agent, I never received a response after a week and a half. I was told the business day before closing that my closing would be delayed and I was not given an expected closing date. I would not recommend this title group to any other investor or seller in the Knoxville area.
