I am filing a formal complaint against Title Forward due to their lack of responsiveness and failure to provide documentation that I, as a client, am entitled to during the home selling and buying process. Do not close with this Title company. They always make improper disbursement of closing proceed which creates a lot of confusion for buyer and seller. Appropriate authority should be taking appropriate action against this company. They should not be in this business.

I bought/sold 6 homes and I swear this title company is the worst! My agent also confirmed Title Forward is the worst one she ever used in more than 20 years of her career. They were neither responsive nor professional. Their attorney review meant nothing because it went wrong and wrong. The only thing they were good at was sending you bills. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We sold our home to Redfin and Title Forward was the company they used. They failed to send our proceeds from the sale to us. We sat on the phone countless times getting an attitude from Kelly Yingling because we called her boss Chris to make a complaint on her lack of customer service. They don't answer calls or voicemails, I had to get the CEO of Redfin involved to get our money. Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with.
