They Started our Title work on June 23, 2021. It is now August 4th, and they are still not done! This is holding up our Construction Loan. They are not responsive either. This is a NEW BUILD, it's not like they have to search the archives to track transfer of ownership through decades! Shop around, there must be a better Title Company. We are going through RBFCU for the loan.
