Their NEVER open! How are people suppose to pay if your never there!!! They say online their open. But it's just a lie.
I paid back the loan 2 wks after I borrowed money and when my title wasn't in I made sure to give my current address which was different from my license. I was told 4 wks after I hadn't received my title that there was no notation about a different address and they could release the title. That was supposed to have been done before it was sent out and when I paid them off I even asked for them to send it certified which I was told they wouldn't do. The ladies at the Title loan office in Somersworth were extremely welcoming, nice, and clear about how the process works. Payments were reasonable.
