Title helped/helps me reach my goals with losing weight, body toning, stress management and maintain a overall healthier lifestyle. I'm also the type that if I can't give it 100, I don't give anything at all. Title has mentally help me realize that even if I can't give it my all, to give something. The 5 am class is awesome! Shot out to Anwar and the whole team that helps him. Not only do we stick to the structured combinations each round but we get a good amount of pad and footwork drills in between. I have been going to Title since January 26' about 3-4 times a week and each time has been fun and exhausting (in a good way). To Title: Always keep Anwar on the 5 am schedule please!
Very family-friendly. It works wonderfully for my teen, and I feel safe leaving him and coming back because they maintain eye contact on them, which is an A+ for me since I am very overprotective with my son, even though he is a teenager. My smaller child loves it, too. The coaches are wonderful and very patient with the little ones; they take time to teach them."
