Love the place and workouts but after reading the predatory terms of service on their contracts I stayed away. Do yourself a favor and do not get a membership or you’ll be enslaved to them
Signed up back in June for a weight loss. LOVED EVERY SECOND OF CLASS!!! All of The Instructors are well knowledgeable and professional in their craft. The staff are very courteous and helpful with any questions you have. The shop gear inside the gym also impressive. LONG LIVE KILEEN TITLE BOXING CLUB!!!
We have a family crisis and I explained we could not attend classes yet this company is billing my child and not returning calls even though we spoke about this.
The staff here is not helpful. They trick you into a membership and then when financial constraints outside your control happen they still harass you cause you can’t get things done. You communicate with them and yet they overdraft your account when you try to call them to cancel the membership. Joann doesn’t listen and she talks over people and it appears they will allow this gym to get away with this.
