The coaches are very inspiring and helpful. They are also very patient and willing to work with you if you aren't picking things up as fast as others or if you need to simply find your pace. It also helps that the environment feels welcoming from the get-go and that the other patrons are also very supportive along with the coaches.

Title helped/helps me reach my goals with losing weight, body toning, stress management and maintain a overall healthier lifestyle. I'm also the type that if I can't give it 100, I don't give anything at all. Title has mentally help me realize that even if I can't give it my all, to give something. If not a full 1.2.3.4 POWER then 1...1...1...1,2 jab for example. Something is better than nothing. The 5 am class is awesome! Shot out to Anwar and the whole team that helps him. Not only do we stick to the structured combinations each round but we get a good amount of pad and footwork drills in between. I have been going to Title since January 26' about 3-4 times a week and each time has been fun and exhausting (in a good way). To Title: Always keep Anwar on the 5 am schedule please!
