Great Place! Great People and Very good place to have a hardcore workout to replace your long gym workout. I attended a Demo class yesterday by the end of the 1 hr. workout session, sweat was dripping from my t-shirt and shorts. I would definitely recommend for the people who want to workout instead of gym

I love this place! Down 4 lbs and 1 inch on my waist in just 5 classes. The staff is so friendly and motivating. I'm literally hooked.
I have trained in a number of gyms around the DFW area over the last 10 years, including many Title Boxing Clubs. This is by far the nicest and most advanced Title I have trained in. Great owner, GM, and a top tier team of trainers, many of whom I've trained under at other gyms.
