Best versatile workout in the area!! You can settle in at your own pace and intensity. If you’re new, you can do the modifications the trainers give the class. Or, if you’ve been doing it a while and want a heavy workout follow along with all the instructions and you’ll be exhausted. All the trainers are fantastic. I’ve been going for two years now and I still love it.

Best workout I've ever had! The staff is super friendly and they have great instructors that not only challenge you, but also encourage, support, and help you be your best. I'm definitely hooked and will be making TITLE Boxing a regular part of my weekly workout routine.

Signed up for a month to month contract. They make it very difficult to cancel said month to month contract. My one month contract went into collections for over $250, owner does not care. This is a scam! I would strongly recommend to go elsewhere.
