Great community to live in!!! Quiet most of the time, neighbors are nice and respectful. Storage in the basement and washer and dryer hookup. Lots of space in the apartment. Courtyard in the front of each building, so it's nice for sitting outside or kids to play. Maintenance is timely and efficient. Snow removal is timely on parking lots and sidewalks. Pros- Price Cons- trash outside, management, if you are a woman and trying to get an apartment, don't come here, bathtub is painted and peels, outside toys are a hard no. If you are the only one signing for the apartment, they won't allow it. Parking is stupid, the manager won't answer anything seriously. No one owns the apartment but he manages it apparently. Just dont even bother.
Renters be aware of the scam. This apartment collecting application fees only, and later will tell you sorry someone got it. Actually, it’s a big scam. When I applied, I was told that they don’t have any applications yet, and I applied on the next day. My income and credit score was above of their requirements. Over 800 credit score and around 80k annually income. I was told that they found better applicants than me. Wow that’s new type of scam. Mark Duve, stole my security deposit to install completely new carpet, update the kitchen, and to repaint the entire apartment. My stuff was also illegally tossed because I was forced out by life threatening neigbors who've been documented to threaten multiple tenants with weapons. Funny thing about getting my security deposit stolen is that I should of known it was going to happen when Mark constantly talked about remodeling the unit next year while showing it to me.
